What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.; early arrival is also possible, subject to availability and a surcharge of €50.
Check-outs must be made before 12:00 pm.
Do you offer vegetarian catering?
Our restaurant offers vegetarian options for every stage of the meal. Vegetarian or adapted starters, main courses and desserts are available on request.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, our hotel has secure, covered parking, at a cost of €20 per night, to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests during their events.
Do outside guests have access to the hotel pool?
For safety reasons, our Sport & welness area and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
How to get to Villa Massalia
To get to the Hotel Villa Massalia, you have several options depending on your mode of transport. If you're coming by car, the hotel has a private underground parking lot with 80 spaces, located at 17 Place Louis Bonnefon, 13008 Marseille (under the hotel).
By public transport, from Marseille Saint-Charles station, you can take Metro line 2 to the Rond Point du Prado stop, then take bus 44 to the Clos Bey Leau stop, for a journey of around 25 minutes.
Finally, if you arrive by cab, either from the train station or Marseille Provence airport, it will take you around 30 minutes to reach the hotel.
Is it possible to book an excursion directly with the hotel?
We don't book excursions directly, but our team will be happy to advise you on the best local options to make the most of your stay in Marseille.
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
The Hotel Villa Massalia offers a laundry service in partnership with an external service provider, available from Monday to Saturday. Laundry request forms are available in your room.

Is breakfast open to outside customers?
Our breakfast is open to both hotel and non-hotel guests. Enjoy a full buffet served daily from 7am to 10am (10:30am on weekends).
Can participants access welness ?
Participants in your events have access to our welness area, offering a relaxing break with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and more, to make their stay even more enjoyable.
Is access to the aquatic area included in my booking?
Your reservation gives you access to all the facilities of our Sport & welness area, including swimming pool, fitness room, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Are shuttles available?
On request, Hotel Villa Massalia can organize a transfer service to make your journey from the station or airport easier. Please contact us in advance to discuss and book your shuttle.
Do you have any recommendations for short-stay visits?
For a short stay, we recommend discovering the Old Port, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde and Marseille's famous calanques. These emblematic sites are within easy reach, giving you an authentic glimpse of the city in no time at all.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Your four-legged friends (dogs only) are welcome at Villa Massalia ! To make their stay as pleasant as yours, we've prepared a canine kit specially designed for them. Toys, bowls, a comfortable mattress and much more await them to make them feel right at home. Don't forget to add the canine kit when you book your stay!
Do you offer a children's menu?
Our establishment offers a kids' menu for children under 12, comprising a choice of main course, dessert and juice or syrup.
Can groups eat on the terrace?
Groups can dine on our terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the racecourse and the sea, creating the ideal setting for your outdoor meals.
What are the opening hours for Sport & welness ?
Our Sport & welness area welcomes you every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for moments of relaxation and welness.
Are there any activities suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! Many family-friendly activities are available, including visits to Parc Borély, the Prado beaches, or boat trips to the Frioul islands. These options are perfect for keeping kids entertained while parents relax.
Does the hotel have a valet luggage service?
No, the Hotel Villa Massalia does not have a dedicated luggage valet service. However, conditions permitting, our team is available to help you with your luggage.
Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?
The Hotel Villa Massalia has domestic recharging points for electric vehicles in our underground parking lot. Please remember to bring your own cable and adapter. Please note that these sockets are not suitable for small city cars such as the Zoé and Smart.
